and so it's day 3 ald! as usual, onli had time for abt 3 hrs of slp before waking up at 6 plus. look! yiyi looks so shagged from the lack of slp haha. i think she's gonna kill me if she knows i posted this here.
but actually i dun look tat much better too. v tired ok! try walking ard a lot and slp onli 3 hrs per day continuously for a few days and u'll feel shagged too. it's a miracle we manage to wake up every morning.
since we are done preparing early and still waiting for yun and stacy, i decided to take pics of our mickeys tat was bought from disneyland.

took this pic while waiting for the lift. the sun is up early! dun be fooled by the sun, it's actually pretty cold.
and we decided to haf our breakfast at the nearby kfc. this is wat i ordered. 1 sip and i'm in love with the milktea served there. so so nice! incredible!
this is the view from my seat. we sat in a line, facing the glass panel or watever u call tat. funny thing is while we ate, 1 of the staff keep cleaning the glass panel from the outside. wun she find it weird tat we are in such close proximity looking at her while she face us wiping the glass panel?


we finished our breakfast ahead of schedule and we had 1 hour to spare. so we went a nearby shopping mall called langham place i tink. went to the supermarket there to kill time. see wat they haf haha. aft tat we went to took the mtr to go to visit big buddha!

we reached the station tat we were supposed to alight early, can't rmb which station ald lol. reached there at 9 plus but the cable car counter onli open at 10. seeing the long queue we decided to join the queue. it was really a long long queue and we thought tat it would take very long to get the tickets. but surprisingly the queue moved very fast once the ticket counter start their operations at 10am.
my ticket! there was 2 types of cabin to choose from. 1 is crystal cabin meaning tat the bottom of the cabin is glass and u can see through it. when planning our itinerary we decided to take 1 trip crystal cabin and return trip normal cabin. crystal de is more ex of cus. but then tat day de weather was very foggy, wun be able to see much thing so we decided not to waste money, got normal cabin instead. and it proved to be a wise decision!
while waiting for our cable car. the uncle tat queued behind us was so irritating. he was carrying a kid, i presume his granddaugther ba. and he kept moving so close to us that there is virtually no space at all in between us. so his granddaughter's feet keep touch till my back. was super irritated by this. though i kept turning my head over to look he dunno purposely de or didn't get the hint and continue to follow so near whenever the queue move. come on la, need be so close till u are touching the person in front meh? not as if other ppl will cut ur queue la =.=

cus we took the cable car when there's many ppl so we had to share cabin wif 4 others. each cable car can take max 8 adults. kinda weird cus we keep taking pics and talking loudly while the 4 of them had on a serious face and was relatively quiet during the journey. anw this pic is the result of many failed attempts of trying to take pic tgt. i swear i stretched my hand as far as possible ald, but my camera just wun cooperate =( me and stacy were the lucky ones tat our faces are outside cus we sat in the middle haha.

look behind me at the white white patch and u will know how foggy it is ald, once u are up near the mountain area u can't really see anything! never seen such serious fog before in my entire life. oh ya and the cable car was super cold. even my butt also feels cold lol. cus just behind the seat there's like an open area with holes where air can come in. and it's super cold and windy tat day. the cold air keep coming in through there so all our poor butts are cold!
when we reached the lantau island it was even colder =( so cold tat at times we pulled up our hoodie to cover our ears and the back of our necks.

the fishball is nice! they call fishball yu dan in hk!
sleeping dog. there were a few dogs there. there's 1 tat sat in front of a group of visitors with a pleading look for them to gif it some food. but wth they dun gif nvm, still cont sit there eat and make the dog watch them eat. so cruel lah tsk tsk.


see us pouting? cus it was really foggy and starting drizzling so we decided not to climb up to see the big buddha, which was actually the purpose of our trip to lantau island...

but at least we managed to catch a glimpse of the big buddha from afar on the cable car trip back.

aft tat we went to again i forgot which mtr station ald. and and omg la the linkway to exit tat mtr station was such a long walk! think we walked for more than 10 mins to exit the station. pity our poor tired feet.
and we were so tired tat we decided to just settle our lunch at mac instead of trying to find another place to eat. by then it was ald 3pm plus!
aft tat we went to take a bus to the peak tram station.
while waiting for the bus, as usual me and stacy whipped out our cameras and took pics!


and we reached the peak tram station! there's the madam tussuads ticket counter here.
the peak tram! the hill up was really steep. at the steepest part we are like sitting 45 degrees slanted? but i love the ride haha.

the peak there got counter selling disney ticket, so i saw this mickey again haha.
we bought tickets to the peak sky terrace, so we went up. hohoho it turned out to be freaking cold! oh ya and as the name the peak suggests, it's really the peak, so it's v v tall above ground! and the wind is so strong tat if u put ur head face down over the glass panel your hear will all fly upwards haha. and ur face will feel so cold. quite shiok. but aft awhile it's really cold and we literally froze.

when night falls. we faster snap many many photos then went down to the wax musem. the sky terrace is way too cold! grrrr. but v nice scenery =) by then camera batt dying le and we chiong through the wax museum haha.

ohh aft tat we took bus followed by star ferry and i tink cab back to our hotel area? can't really rmb le haha. and it's shopping at ladies street again to end off the day. =D
